Private Chef
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
What to Consider
So you’ve decided to give our private chef meal/prep program a try. The next step is to discuss exactly what you want/need.
-
Do you have dietary restrictions? Favored types of cuisine? Are you someone who needs not only their meals planned but also all stats accounted for to the letter? We offer comprehensive meal planning with individual health goals in mind, helping you attain your goals.
-
At what level of meal completion would you like? Ready to reheat and eat, mostly completed but some prep left to do like cooking or are you someone who enjoys the art of cooking but hates to shop and think about what to make?
-
Weekends are prep days when we are making food for clients so typically delivery days fall on Mondays, Wednesday days, and Thursdays. This is both so you have fresh food throughout the week and so we have two days off a week. Days off being Tuesdays and Fridays.
-
Do you enjoy throwing parties or hosting dinner guests? Abstract Table can provide excellent canapés, family style platted platters and fine dining experiences at home.
-
How many meals? How many people are in your family? What type of foods do you like (beef is more expensive than chicken for example)? Do you want snacks in addition to your meals? Lastly, exclusivity is a cost consideration.
-
Sauces, seasoning blends, preserves, etc.
-
We offer glass or food grade plastic containers.
